Karen Clark-Sheard is one of the premiere vocalists of our time. As a member of the legendary Clark Sisters and daughter of gospel pioneer Dr. Mattie Moss-Clark, she has carved her niche in the gospel music industry as an untouchable songstress.

Karen's powerful, anointed soprano – complete with those singularly stylized multi-textured runs, has often been imitated, but never duplicated. She has provided lead vocals on such classics as "Hallelujah," "Endow Me," "Take Me Higher," and "Praying Spirit." Her musical ministry has given inspiration to legions of followers, including recording artists Kenny Lattimore, Faith Evans, Mariah Carey, Nancey Jackson, Kelly Price and Kim Burrell.

J. Drew Sheard II is a young producer who grew up in the city of Detroit, Michigan. He grew into the roots of a legendary gospel family. He was always around music whether if it was being at his father's (Pastor J. Drew Sheard I) church playing the drums or listening to his mother's (Karen Clark Sheard) singing. Growing up around music, listening to artist such as J. Dilla, J. Moss (PAJAM), Slum Village, and many more artist, caused him to be a great music composer. He has now been producing for the Dove award winning and platinum celling artist Kierra Kiki Sheard, the Grammy award winning singing sensation Karen Clark Sheard, and is currently a producer for Pharrell Williams' Star Trak Entertainment.

He produced his first record at 14 years old and is now continuing his producing career. He also won 2 Dove awards. J. Drew states that he is producing more and more music to represent the kingdom of God.

Kierra Sheard made her recording debut when she was nine and sang a duet with her mother on "The Safest Place," from Karen's chart-topping album, Finally Karen. When she was ten, she began traveling with her mother on tour to join her for the song. Kierra went on to win the Steller Award for Children's Performance for the song. At first, Kierra recalls not being that interested in singing and performing, but she soon began to witness the fun and joy her family had in singing and praising God, and she longed to be apart of it. By the time she was 13, Kierra had the desire in her heart to minister to people her own age, and she felt God leading her to do that.

Kierra wants people to know that, while she does follow in a long line of great musicsl talents, she does have her own style and is very serious about her ministry. She is determined to show young people that they don't have to live in sin to have fun and enjoy life.

Darrell Thompson is a highly regarded transactional entertainment attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received both his BA (’87) and JD (’90). Mr. Thompson started his own firm right out of law school and was fortunate to gain clients such as Raphael Saadiq from Tony, Tone, Toni, Montell Jordan, D’Angelo and Teddy Riley. He took a brief hiatus from private practice in the mid-90’s to work in the business affairs department at Motown Records, where he helped pioneer the company’s transition to digital media. During his tenure at Motown, he negotiated deals for headliners including Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, and Queen Latifah. After returning to private practice Mr. Thompson affiliated himself with two entertainment industry powerhouse law firms, first, Davis, Shapiro, Lewitt, et. al. and second, Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP, where he represented many well-known platinum artists, industry executives, and business enterprises. His cliental throughout the years have included the Black Eye Peas, Tyrese, En Vouge, The Isley Brothers, Phil Collins’ publishing company and Jay Z to name a few.
